Registration Information Affordability Grant Cost of Program	Registration Information
	Please contact us for more information or to register. A pre-registration form is available online. Alternately, you can contact us by phone or email and we'll send you a pre-registration form. Please complete the pre-registration form online. Once your form submission has been received, we will send you a confirmation email. Copies of our parent handbook will be provided to families at our orientation meetings in June.

	Affordability Grant
	All families registered in KinderCare qualify to receive Affordability Grant Funding (AG), part of the $10/day federal childcare initiative. The AG funds are based on age and registered hours of attendance per month.

	Cost of KinderCare Program for 2025-2026 School Year
	September - June: $230/month parent pay
	Cost of Program including childcare before and after KinderCare
	September - June: $326.25/month parent pay Payment and a full registration form will be requested from parents, via email, in the Spring. Please note that it is our preference that fees be paid using a credit card. Please contact us if you are unable to pay using credit card. We also require: a non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 per child per year. authorization to charge $25.00 to your credit card should you not attend your chosen parent orientation meeting. Please Note: Registrations will not be processed until a complete registration package has been received. If you need to withdraw your child from the program, we require one month's notice. We charge a late pick-up fee of $1.00 per minute per child for a late pick-up, after a 10-minute grace period. Please note that class fees for subsequent years are subject to change.
