Registration Information
Spots are currently available, effective immediately for the 2018-2019 school year.

Please contact us for more information or to register. A pre-registration form is available online for 2019, 2020 and 2021. Alternately, you can contact us by phone or email and we'll send you a pre-registration form. Forms are also available to be picked up in person from our preschool bulletin board.

Please complete the pre-registration form, and mail it to us, completing all information to authorize us to charge $35.00 (non-refundable) to your credit card per child per year. Once your documents have been received, your child will be registered and we will send you a confirmation email. Copies of our parent handbook will be provided to families at our orientation meetings in September. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. ** Important Note **

Registrations are not considered complete until receipt of all registration documents, including the non-refundable pre-registration fee. Your registration is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation letter via email.

Available Programming
We offer two separate French immersion programs: Annee 1 (Year 1) and Annee 2 (Year 2). Neither children nor parents are required to speak French. Children attend preschool two or three or five days per week. Please see table below for class days and times.
  • Annee 1: basic French phrases and vocabulary, with an emphasis on cooperative play, conflict resolution and listening skills, and beginning French use.

  • Annee 2: continued French language learning with an emphasis on cooperation, listening and school-ready skills (letter/number identification, basic word recognition, and speaking some French).

Cost of Program for September 2018 School Year
Please reference the table below for fee pricing per class. Payment and a full registration form will be requested from parents, via email, in the Spring. Please note that it is our preference that fees be paid using a credit card. Please contact us if you are unable to pay using credit card. There are three payment options:

  1. One lump payment for September - June

  2. Three semestered payments:
    1. September 1st
    2. January 1st
    3. April 1st

We also require:
  • a non-refundable registration fee of $35.00 per child per year.
  • a $50.00 fieldtrip fee.
  • authorization to charge $50.00 to your credit card should you not attend your chosen cleaning night.
  • authorization to charge $25.00 to your credit card should you not attend your chosen parent orientation meeting.

Please Note:
  • Registrations will not be processed until a complete registration package has been received.
  • All fees are subject to change.
  • We charge a $30.00 fee for any returned cheques.
  • If you need to withdraw your child from the program, we require one month's notice.
  • We charge a late pick-up fee of $1.00 per minute per child for a late pick-up, after a 10-minute grace period.

Staggered Entry
A staggered entry is a process whereby only half of the class attends one of the days that week and the other half the other day. In the summer time, you will receive an email indicating the day your child will begin preschool. We will begin classes with all students attending the following week. For the first day of preschool, we ask that each child be accompanied by one parent / guardian so that they can discover preschool with the comfort of parental support.
